The Work Behind the Applause.
For DonCo, this is where the creative excitement meets an operating question worth exploring. An audience sees the performance. Behind it, people are keeping track of approvals, assets, deadlines, changes, and the next person waiting for an answer.
DHJ’s interest is in giving those teams a clearer view of the work. A useful AI experiment could begin with a small set of approved production documents: prepare a source-linked briefing, surface unresolved handoffs, and put a draft in front of the person responsible for reviewing it.
Another experiment could help teams find approved material and the version they need. The aim would be to give people more time for judgment and creative work while keeping commitments and publication in human hands.
These are DonCo’s exploratory AI ideas. They remain a direction for discovery and human review.
The stage can get bigger. The next question is how to make the work behind it easier to see.
