Purpose
OTV is a vertical-first mobile entertainment project combining original vertical productions with thoughtfully recut long-form material.

What Exists Today
A native iOS project and a web demo exist. The experience includes poster-grid and carousel libraries, a vertical player, continuous autoplay, swipe episode navigation, captions, episode menus, playback history, and background or locked-screen audio.

Technology connection
A native iOS Xcode project, a web demo, and private Beta Hub infrastructure using Cloudflare Zero Trust and Tunnel. The editorial concept “Modified Mobile Media” (MMM) describes existing material substantially recreated or repurposed for mobile viewing.

What’s Next
Continue private testing and refine the viewing experience. Apple Ad Hoc distribution awaits the developer-program and signing setup. Licensing strategy and the business model remain in development; analytics and advertising are planned.

A Closer Look at the App Experience
New app screenshots document the library grid, poster carousel, player controls, episode selection, and Continue indicators. The current focus remains private testing and refinement.
